Quick answers to common questions.
What materials do you print in?
PLA Matte (crisp, plant-based, great for décor and gifts) and PETG (tougher and more heat resistant, good for tags and outdoor use).
Why can’t I choose some colours?
We only show colours we have enough filament for. If a colour is crossed out, there isn’t enough left for that size right now.
How does personalisation work?
You send a brief and pay. We design it by hand and send you a 3D preview in your account. You approve it or ask for changes, and then we print it. See How it works.
How many changes can I ask for?
One round of changes is included. Extra rounds are $8.00 each.
Can I send my own STL file?
Not through the shop yet. Get in touch and we’ll quote it.
Do you do bulk or business orders?
Yes: team keyrings, event favours, branded signs and more. Get in touch for a quote.
