Ready to Print
Changed your mind? Return unused items within 30 days for a refund of the item price. Return postage is at your cost.
Personalised
Personalised items are designed and made just for you, so we can’t offer change-of-mind refunds once you’ve approved the design. Before you approve, you can ask us to change it.
Faulty or not as described
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll reprint it, replace it or refund you. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
